Product exchange or return
If the product is factory defective, the buyer has the right to terminate the remote contract within 14 days of its conclusion.
In order to maintain the right to terminate the agreement, the customer must control the maintenance of the products in their original condition. If the device is destroyed or damaged due to the customer's fault, the customer no longer has the right to terminate the contract.
